In the afternoon, we travelled to the Flat Iron district to see its iconic building. We stopped in Madison Square Park to take in the views and sample milkshakes, frozen custard and burgers from the famous Shake Shack. We then travelled by subway to Grand Central Station to visit its famous terminal hall and its exterior. We also photographed the Chrysler Building next door.
